What circuits we offer
Our portfolio consists of an extensive range of anesthesia breathing circuits, available in various lengths, to meet all clinical requirements.
Flextube™
A range of flexible circuits with a unique clip feature, ensuring an airtight fit when used with one of our recessed connectors. Flextube circuits are structurally designed to be kink resistant, clear and transparent to identify any blockages or occlusions, and are PVC and phthalate free. Available in lengths 40 in, 60 in, 72 in, or 96 in.
Compact™
Designed with extendable tubing expanding to up to 5 times its compressed size, Compact circuits can be adjusted and positioned to suit a range of clinical requirements. Supplied in a compressed form, this increases the number of circuits per box for more cost effective storage and disposal. Available in lengths 60 in, 72 in, or 120 in (lengths relative to fully extended circuit).
UniFlow™
A convenient tube-within-a-tube breathing circuit designed with low flow anesthesia in mind, offering improved thermal efficiency with warmer, more humid inspiratory gases. UniFlow single limb circuit helps to reduce the number of connections between the patient and the machine. Available in lengths 40 in, 60 in, 72 in, or 96 in.
DuoFlow™
Our DuoFlow bi-lumen circuits have an internally molded inner septum, which creates a gas tight division between the two pathways. This improves thermal efficiency as it allows for the transfer of heat between inspired and expired gases. The single limb design reduces the number of connections between the patient and the machine. Available in lengths 72 in or 120 in.
CO₂ monitoring line
Our respiratory gas monitoring lines are designed to connect via a luer lock connection or port at the patient end to the machine.
Integrated monitoring line
Our Flextube, UniFlow and DuoFlow circuits are available with the option of an integrated monitoring line, which can help to improve patient safety with improved accuracy and reduced connections.
Reservoir bags
We offer a wide range of single-use, latex-free reservoir bags that have excellent compliance characteristics for use in
various clinical applications. Choose from a 2 L or a 3 L bag.
Effective and proven protection
When creating your anesthesia breathing circuit, you have the option to include a filter, HME, or HMEF. All Intersurgical breathing filters have been independently tested for bacterial and viral efficiency and conform to International Standard 23328.
Our filter range is color coded for ease of identification while the labels display the minimum tidal volume requirement, which allows you to select the correct filter according to the patient.

Anesthetic face masks
A range of single-use anesthetic face masks in various sizes to meet the clinical needs of different patient sizes and ages.
Choose from our ClearLite™ or ClearLite™ Air anatomical masks that offer a superior seal with minimal pressure or our Economy anesthetic face mask with soft inflated cushion, clear housing, and hook ring.
Elbows
As part of our customizable anesthesia breathing circuits, you can choose between two different types of elbows, a standard
or sampling elbow.
Push and Twist
All of our tapers and connectors are manufactured to meet the relevant BS, ISO, and EN standards ensuring a secure gas tight fit when using a simple Push and Twist action.

Intersurgical has implemented an Environmental Management System, and are certified to International Standard (ISO) 14001:2015. We follow this framework to ensure a sustainable approach across the business and throughout the life cycle of our products.
We provide a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for a number of products in line with the 2024 European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (ESAIC) Consensus document.
